2013); with numerous compounds being isolated from the seed oil of the plant. However, the
terpenoid compounds produced in the callus cultures have not
been studied in detail. Further work on the characterization of these compounds, unique to the
callus cultures of each plant, must be carried out to understand possible applications of these
compounds.
